Portugal topped Group F qualifier for the World Cup football after winning 4-2 away to Northern Ireland thanks to three goals for Cristiano Ronaldo on Friday.

And ended the first half of the match in a 1-1 draw after laying Bruno Alves visiting team ahead in the 20th minute before the equalizer Northern Ireland by Gareth McAuley in the 36th minute.
